Filmed across an October and an April season, this follows the standard fourteen-day route in order: the Lukla approach, the Namche Hill, Tengboche, the tree line above Pangboche, the Thukla memorials, the moraine walk to Base Camp and finally Kala Patthar at first light.

It is deliberately unglamorous in places. The long moraine sections between Lobuche and Gorak Shep are the part of the trek people are least prepared for, and they get four minutes here.
